Returns/Exchanges
Returns: We accept Returns within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept returns on clothing that has been worn. Return shipping is at customer's expense. You will be issued a refund less a 12% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@innocentarmor.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items.
Exchanges: If you wish to Exchange your item for another style, size or color please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept exchanges on clothing that has been worn. Our team will inspect your return when it arrives back prior to shipping out your exchange. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
Shipment Error: In the event that we make a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you.
Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
