Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.
Innocent Armor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of Innocent Armor’s orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information.
Shipping Policy
At Innocent Armor, we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service. Most orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days, with a cut-off time of 1 PM Pacific Time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking details.
We typically ship using ground services unless you request expedited shipping. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that we cannot ship to New York or Connecticut due to restrictions on online sales of body armor in those states. Our shipping rates are $19 for ground and $60 for 2nd day express.
For all orders exceeding $200, we require Signature Confirmation. Therefore, please ensure you provide an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your package.
If you are an international customer, please reach out to us for specific shipping information to your country. Kindly be aware that we are not responsible for any applicable taxes or duty fees.
Gift Cards
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an Innocent Armor Gift Card.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Back Orders
We are anticipating a large demand for our products and will do our best to keep adequate inventory. However, since we are a new company we may, upon occasion especially at the beginning run into an out of stock situation. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns: We accept Returns within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept returns on clothing that has been worn. Return shipping is at customer's expense. You will be issued a refund less a 15% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@innocentarmor.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items.
Exchanges: If you wish to Exchange your item for another style, size or color please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept exchanges on clothing that has been worn. Our team will inspect your return when it arrives back prior to shipping out your exchange. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
Shipment Error:In the event that we make a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.
Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you.
Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
Cleaning Instructions
The ballistic panels can be removed for cleaning. To maintain them, simply wipe the panels with a damp cloth. For all carriers (garments) except for the leather jackets, please follow these care instructions:
1. Make sure the hook and loop fasteners are secured in the closed position.
2. Machine wash the carrier on a permanent press cycle at approximately 120°F.
3. Use a low-suds detergent.
4. Do NOT use bleach.
5. The carrier can be tumble dried on medium heat settings or air dried on a line.
For leather jackets, dry cleaning is the only recommended cleaning method.
What is FitTec™
FitTec™ is an innovative custom fit technology that requires a break-in period of 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how often and how long each wear cycle is. This process enables the distinctive panel system to soften and conform to an individual's body, resulting in a tailored and comfortable fit.
Are your products tested for safety?
Yes. We have documents that certify the ballistics testing done by the NIJ.

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the sizing/measurement instructions for each item on the product’s page. For the best fit, please order your true size. If you have any questions please contact us.
Warranty
All ballistic panels carry a 5 or 7 year warranty from the manufacturing date. Failure to properly care for your carrier (garment) in accordance with the care instructions may void this warrant. Any modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of Innocent Armor LLC will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the warranty.
