Shipping policy

1. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical street address for delivery.

2. Processing Time
Most orders ship 1 business day after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)may ship the following business day.

3. Delivery Times
- Transit times vary by carrier and service level.
- Estimated delivery windows (once shipped):
- USPS: 2–5 business days (domestic).
- UPS/FedEx: 1–5 business days (domestic, depending on service selected).

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping costs $19, while expedited shipping is available for $60.

5. Tracking Information
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Address Restrictions
- No P.O. Boxes: Carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Address Errors: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays/costs due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately at support@innocentarmor.com if you need to update your address before shipment.

7. International Shipping

At present, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are located internationally, please reach out to us at support@innocentarmor.com to inquire about potential shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

8. Delays
While we strive to meet deadlines, carrier delays (e.g., weather, holidays, or high volume) may occur. We’ll notify you of any significant disruptions.

Why We Don’t Ship to P.O. Boxes
UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, and USPS requires a physical address for certain services. This policy ensures timely, reliable delivery.

- Delivered: Friday or Monday (via FedEx Ground)
